Higher percent of zircon content develop dense layer on core/mould improve surface finish. Use of high quality zircon content product is stable at high temperature.

Sand core/mould binder system – CO2 Silicate, Alphaset –Ester cure, Phenolic- Acid cure, Alkyd Resin, Etc.
