ISOBOND 350 – Sathvaro

ISOBOND 350 – Aluminum silicate water base coating.

PRODUCT DETAILS

High refractory permeable coating. At metal pouring temperature it produces fewer gases & due to the coating permeability gases passes through core & mould. Low gas & high permeability it reduces cold shut issue in the break disc casting.

Sand core/mould binder system – Cold Box, Shell Resin, Acid cure phenolic, Alkyd Resin, Etc.

APPLICATIONS

– Brush/ Spray/ Dipping/ Over pour

DILUTION

– 100 part as made coating + 30-40 part water.

KIND OF METAL

– GS Iron & Gray Iron.

CASTING TYPES

– Break disc, Break drum, cylinder head & block, Etc.
