ISOBOND 450 – Graphite aluminum silicate water base coating.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Product is made of high purity graphite aluminum silicate refractory. Rheology of product maintained as for flow coating to develop uniform dens layer on synthetic resin binder system.

Sand core/mould binder system – Cold Box, Shell Resin, Phenolic -Acid cure, Furan –Acid cure Alkyd Resin, Etc.

APPLICATIONS

– Brush/ Spray/ Dipping

DILUTION

– 100 part as made coating + 30-40 part water.

KIND OF METAL

– SG Iron & Grey Iron

CASTING TYPES

– Motor body, lid, plates, brackets, frame Etc.
